- One-off hire = £14 per hour
- Weekly/monthly hire = £10.50 per hour
- All day hire (8am-midnight) = £110
Do you intend to sell alcohol at your event?
- If so, you must first get permission from the Management Committee. Please email: cherryburtonvillagehall@gmail.com with the information BEFORE you apply for a licence.
How to book the Village Hall
- Go to the Booking Calendar Page.
- Check availability.
- Click on New Booking and fill in the form.
Your booking duration MUST include enough time for setting up and clearing away - At this stage your booking is only Provisional.
- You will then be invoiced for the full amount to secure your booking. Payment is due within 4 days of the invoice date.
- Once payment has been received, you’ll get an email saying your booking has been confirmed.

COMMON BOOKING QUESTIONS …
Yes, you have full use of the kitchen. There’s a double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and 2 large hot water urns. There is enough plates, mugs and cutlery for 100 people and approx, 60 glasses. Please do not use any consumables.
Yes, we allow bouncy castles in the hall. It is the responsibility of the hirer to undertaker a risk assessment and ensure the bouncy castle provider has appropriate insurance.
Yes, soft play parties are welcome. It is the responsibility of the hirer to undertake a risk assessment and ensure the soft play provider has appropriate insurance.
Yes, if the alcohol is being provided free of charge, then you do not need a license. However, is you plan to sell alcohol, you must first check with the Booking Secretary about applying for a license from the council. This is called a Temporary Event Notice (TEN)
The village hall does not have its own car park, but parking is available on the surrounding streets. Please note, there is no street parking on Main Street (on the same side as the hall) between the hours of 7pm – midnight.
We do not have a dedicated baby changing area. However, there is shelf space available in the ladies toilet that could accommodate your changing mat – depending on the size.
