BOOKING CALENDAR CONDITIONS OF HIRE

Hire charges

  • One-off hire = £14 per hour
  • Weekly/monthly hire = £10.50 per hour
  • All day hire (8am-midnight) = £110

How to book the Village Hall

  1. Go to the Calendar Page.
  2. Check availability.
  3. Click on New Booking and fill in the form. 
    Your booking duration MUST include enough time for setting up and clearing away
  4. At this stage your booking is only Provisional.
  5. You will then be invoiced for the full amount to secure your booking. Payment is due within 4 days of the invoice date.
  6. Once payment has been received, you’ll get an email saying your booking has been confirmed.

Do you intend to sell alcohol at your event?

  • If so, you must first get permission from the Management Committee. Please email: cherryburtonvillagehall@gmail.com with the information BEFORE you apply for a licence.
